DAS Solar has taken part in the 2024 edition of Intersolar South America in São Paulo, Brazil, showcasing its latest N-type 4.0 series, lightweight modules, and portable photovoltaic products.
Among highlights on display at the company’s booth were high-efficiency products including the N-type 620W bifacial double glass, the 645W bifacial double glass, the 595W bifacial double glass and the 475W lightweight module, each attracting significant attention from attendees.
Equipped with TOPCon 4.0 Plus technology, the 66-cell N-type bifacial double-glass module features 182×210 mm rectangular cells, delivering over 620W of power output. Its design optimizes container space, cutting transportation costs by approximately 4.13% and, compared to modules with 182 mm square cells, it reduces BOS costs by 1.48% and LCOE by 1.28%, translating into significant cost savings and improved efficiency throughout its lifecycle.
The 475W lightweight half-cell module with frame uses glass-free encapsulation technology, reducing its weight by over 70% for the same power output. IEC snow and wind load standards of 5400 Pa and 2400 Pa are met by patented frame design and, with a removable structure for easy maintenance and repair, the lightweight module is ideal for a variety of applications due to its ease of installation and high compatibility.
