Growatt has announced the opening of a new office in Mexico, consolidating its position as the most recognized inverter brand in the Central/Latin America region and enhancing the quality of service offered to local customers.
In line with Growatt’s localization strategy, the company has plans to double the size of its engineering team by the end of this year. The newly established office will primarily serve as the home for the technical support team, along with a warehouse for shipping spare parts.
Vice president Frank Qiao underlined the importance of the company’s approach, commenting: “Localization is of vital importance to Growatt. It enables us to gain a deeper understanding of our customers’ requirements and deliver faster, more efficient service. As we continue to expand and adapt to local markets, we look forward to further strengthening our presence and fostering relationships in Mexico and throughout Latin America.”
