Growatt has exhibited at GENERA, Spain’s major event for the solar and storage sectors, showcasing its diversified smart energy solutions, including its battery-ready energy storage system, high power C&I inverters, smart EV chargers and new solar generator – the Infinity 1500 portable power solution.
With Spain witnessing rapid growth in solar storage systems – industry experts projecting the size of its residential storage market to reach 180MWh by 2025 – Growatt brought to the exhibition its range of battery-ready storage solutions, including battery-ready inverters and battery energy storage systems.
“The battery-ready feature offers flexibility to users by allowing the inverter to work within a normal grid-tied solar system, with the option of subsequently upgrading to a storage system with an extra battery, therefore saving on initial investment”, explained Lisa Zhang, Growatt marketing director.
Growatt also presented its ARK XH battery system in Madrid, designed to match with its battery-ready inverters. The system features a stacked-modular design and can be easily installed and directly connected to the inverter. Additionally, its LFP material provides high levels of stability and safety, as well as enhanced durability.
In order to align with growing market demand, driven by local subsidy incentives for C&I solar projects, and higher requirements for PV solutions, Growatt also displayed its latest high-power C&I solution at the show, the MAX 100-125KTL3-X LV inverter. Equipped with multi-layered protection, including Type II SPD on the DC and AC side, AFCI and IP66, the MAX’s maximum DC input current is 32A for each MPPT and 16A for each string, making it a perfect fit for high power modules.
Completing the line up at GENERA were the 7-22kW THOR EV charger, which highlights utilization of surplus solar power to charge an EV, and the company’s first solar generator, the Infinity 1500 portable power station.
Growatt has set up a warehouse in Rotterdam for fast product delivery across Europe, as well as establishing local service centres to respond quickly to customer needs. Looking forward, Growatt also plans to expand its service team in Spain to enable easy access to assistance whenever required.
