Built on the company’s proven Tiger Neo 3.0 module platform technology, the AIDC modules are specifically designed for large-scale solar-storage scenarios, addressing the unique requirements of data centres, including high loads, round-the-clock operation, extreme weather resistance, stability and reliability, low O&M demands and large-scale deployment.
With a maximum power output of 680W and a conversion efficiency of 25.17%, the modules generate more electricity per square metre of land, their exceptional bifaciality of 85% ± 5%, efficiently capturing ground and ambient scattered light. Outstanding low-irradiance performance enables power generation gains of over 4% in scenarios such as cloudy, rainy days and dawn/dusk, with safety performance certified to both IEC and UL Class A standards.
Temperature coefficient as low as -0.26%/°C results in minimal power loss in high-temperature environments.
