KSTAR has announced the launch of the market’s first residential lithium-titanate (LTO) battery.

The battery features a high cycle level of 16,000 over 25 years, consistent with the standard life cycle for PV modules, and is able to operate at temperatures as low as -40 degrees. This is  compatible with KSTAR’s existing BluE-S5000D and E10KT hybrid PV inverters, solving the problem of standard residential energy storage products being unable to be used in high latitudes and alpine regions.
