LONGi has announced that it has joined forces with India’s URON Energy to supply its high-efficiency Hi-MO series modules to the country’s Diamond Bourse located in the Gujarati city of Surat, a significant sustainability milestone for what is considered to be the world’s largest office building.

The Surat Diamond Bourse is globally recognized as the largest diamond trading hub, covering over 7.1 million square feet of floor space. In the overall design of the building, sustainability stands out as one of the most crucial considerations and, with the integration of LONGi’s cutting-edge technology into its infrastructure, it is not only reducing its carbon footprint but also guaranteeing a reliable supply of renewable energy.

LONGi is equipping the project with its advanced 535W Hi-MO series bifacial modules, widely recognised for efficiency and reliability, which can effectively capture sunlight reflecting from nearby surfaces to deliver a substantial increase in energy generation compared to conventional products.
