The average conversion efficiency in mass production of DAH Solar TOPCon cells has reached 26.05%, a new industry record, based on the PE-poly route and with the superposition application of Selective Emitter (SE) laser doping technology.
Previous records were set in June, when the company, in conjunction with Shenzhen S.C., announced that its TOPCon cell manufacturing base had established a record of 97% yield with 25.4% efficiency, without SE technology, over a period of just 23 days and again at the end of July, when the efficiency achieved was 25.8%.
