Sigenergy has officially launched its groundbreaking intelligent management platform, Sigen Cloud. At the same time, emerging technologies like cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI) have presented new opportunities and solutions to address these issues.

To support distribution partners in managing operations efficiently, Sigenergy integrates data on orders, inventory and installations into a unified management system, ensuring complete visibility and control across the entire process. From placing equipment orders and tracking installation progress to monitoring power station growth and user expansion, this comprehensive data aggregation enables precise operational management.

The Sigen Cloud platform features a data visualization tool that converts complex information into intuitive charts, aiding partners in formulating effective sales and marketing strategies while accelerating logistics turnover for improved operational health.

Sigen Cloud provides efficient management solutions from plant, device and business perspectives, supporting both the company’s own products, including SigenStor and Sigen Energy Gateway, and third-party devices, including diesel generators and AC-coupled inverters.

In terms of customer service, the Sigenergy Cloud Platform integrates AI-powered smart assistant utilizing advanced language models like GPT-4o to deliver instant answers and support. This significantly enhances response times and service efficiency. The platform’s cutting-edge AI technology enables proactive fault detection and automated analysis, with full-process tracking and real-time data analytics. By swiftly identifying issues and expediting resolution, it ensures seamless service continuity and high customer satisfaction.

The platform also supports real-time dynamic pricing from 19 countries and 81 energy companies, helping customers capitalize on price fluctuations for higher returns. Additionally, through its Northbound API, the platform integrates with higher-level business applications, data analytics tools and other management systems, enhancing overall business performance and responsiveness.
