Sineng Electric has been ranked No. 1 for utility-scale solar projects commissioned in India in 2025, according to the latest report released by Crisil Bridge to India.

The ranking reflects actual market deployment and highlights Sineng’s strong project execution capabilities, extensive market presence and growing contribution to India’s renewable energy transition.

Aligned with the Indian government’s “Make in India” initiative, Sineng has established a strong localized manufacturing and service ecosystem. The company operates an 8,900 m² manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 20 GW, supported by more than 280 local employees, seven service centres, seven spare-parts centres and two regional marketing centres. To date, Sineng has achieved over 20 GW of cumulative PV inverter shipments in India.

The company’s utility-scale portfolio, including its 350 kW high-power string inverter and 4.4 MW central inverter, has been widely deployed across the country, delivering high efficiency, reliability and grid adaptability. Sineng is also expanding its presence in the energy storage sector, supporting landmark projects such as the Khavda Energy Park through advanced PCS technologies and grid-forming capabilities.

GM for Asia Pacific William Gui commented: “Achieving the No. 1 ranking for utility-scale solar projects commissioned in India is a testament to the trust of our customers and partners, as well as the strength of our localized strategy and technology leadership. As India continues to accelerate its energy transition, we remain committed to delivering high-performance solar and energy storage solutions that support the country’s long-term renewable energy goals.”
