JinkoSolar has announced that, since its launch in November last year, the Tiger Neo 3.0 module has surpassed 30 GW in cumulative global orders within just 10 months, making it one of the top selling modules to date.

The module has secured multiple GW-scale orders in the Middle East, Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, Latin America and the domestic market, demonstrating strong confidence in the company’s N-type technology.

Tiger Neo 3.0 delivers in three key areas of certainty to customers, namely tangible economic value, reliability of power generation across all scenarios and its rarity in exceeding Class 1 energy efficiency standards. The mandatory GB 47834-2026 national standard sets the threshold for Class 1 energy efficiency at ≥24.0% and a bifaciality ratio of ≥75%. With an efficiency of 24.8% and a bifaciality ratio of 85% ± 5%, the Tiger Neo 3.0  comprehensively surpasses these requirements and was the first to pass CPVT Class 1 energy efficiency compliance verification. Equipped with high-efficiency passivated contact technology, it features first-year degradation of less than 1% and annual linear degradation of just 0.35%. As 650W+ modules transition from a “premium option” to a mandatory market entry requirement, Tier 1 energy efficiency production capacity has become a scarce resource, and the Tiger Neo 3.0 has secured the first-mover advantage in this round of value competition.
