TrinaTracker has supplied its Vanguard 1P tracking systems for developer Norsol’s Villacé I and II PV projects in León, Spain. Combined with Trinasolar’s Vertex N modules, the projects demonstrate how an integrated solution can help maximise energy production, improve project execution and deliver long-term value for utility-scale solar assets.
The two projects have a combined installed capacity of more than 20 MW and entered commercial operation earlier this month, contributing additional renewable generation capacity to Spain’s expanding solar market. The projects highlight the advantages of combining advanced tracking technology with high-efficiency PV modules within a fully integrated solution designed to optimise plant performance throughout its operational lifetime.
