Suniva supplies modules for 810kW installation at Bonnie Brae

Suniva, Georgia-based solar module manufacturer, has announced that it will supply 2,892 of its 280W modules to a solar installation at the Bonnie Brae residential treatment centre for adolescent boys. Torcon Energy Services (TES) will install an 810kW ground-mounted PV system on Bonnie Brae’s campus, after the institution initiated some changes around campus to become more sustainable.

“This TES installation will produce clean, renewable energy for the entire Bonnie Brae campus and significantly diminish the need for more traditional, fossil fuel-based energy sources,” said Bryan Ashley, chief marketing officer for Suniva. “We’re very proud that our innovative PV technology is being used to help advance the school’s vision of becoming a sustainability role model.”
