The Solar Foundation's 2015 National Solar Jobs Census found the solar workforce grew more than 20% for the third consecutive year, adding 35,000 solar workers, and now employing nearly 209,000 Americans. Solar jobs have increased 123% since 2010. The solar industry accounted for 1 in 83 jobs created in the past 12 months. Solar employers expect to add 30,000 more solar workers in 2016.
