Sinosol, with its partner Metalco & Mazzanti Group, is now expanding its activities in Italy with the foundation of a new Italian project company. The company will be located in Castelfranco with access to a pipeline of Italian rooftop and greenfield projects totalling more than 200MWp. The projects will be constructed by 2012.
“The co-operation with Mazzanti and Metalco is an important milestone for our plans in the Italian market. It has been arranged by Dr. Carlo Capponi, who is heading the business development of Sinosol Group in Italy since the beginning of 2010. The joint venture enables us, together with our experienced and established local partners, to offer all services from project development to construction and the operation of PV-power plants from one provider,” said Raphael Krause, member of the executive board of Sinosol.
