“Array delivered a strong second quarter while achieving a significant company milestone, surpassing 100GW of cumulative tracker product shipments since our founding. For the third consecutive quarter, we achieved a record orderbook of US$2.5 billion, reflecting continued share gains and strong execution,” said Array CEO Kevin Hostetler.
“During the quarter, we advanced our innovation strategy with the formal launch of DuraTrack D2S and our next-generation OmniTrack product offerings. We continued to build on that momentum in July with the announcement of our new 60° tracker capabilities and the launch of the ARRAY Atlas suite of foundation-to-tracker solutions.”
Array also launched its DuraTrack D2S tracker platform for international markets and announced its next-generation OmniTrack system, which supports up to 2° of slope change between adjacent posts.
For Q2 2026, Array reported revenue of US$342.1 million, gross margin of 29.1% and adjusted gross margin of 30.8%. Net income attributable to common stockholders was US$8.4 million, while adjusted EBITDA reached US$63.3 million.
Following a strong first half of the year, Array raised its full-year adjusted gross margin outlook to 27%-28%. The company maintained its 2026 revenue guidance of US$1.4 billion-US$1.5 billion and increased its adjusted EBITDA guidance range to US$210 million-US$230 million, from the previous US$200 million-US$230 million range.
For Q3 2026, Array expects revenue of US$310 million-US$330 million.
“Our pending acquisition of Affordable Wire Management (AWM) will further advance our balance of system strategy by adding high-margin cable management and safety products. We remain focused on expanding our ability to provide a more integrated, technically interoperable solution set for utility-scale solar customers,” Hostetler added.
In June 2026, Array entered into a definitive agreement to acquire wire management and balance of system (BoS) supplier AWM for up to US$203 million.
The acquisition expanded Array’s utility-scale solar portfolio while strengthening its presence in the battery energy storage system (BESS) and data centre markets. The deal comprised a base purchase price of US$153 million and up to US$50 million in additional consideration.
