Johanna Solar Technology’s acquisition by the Bosch Group has now been completed, and the company will from hereon in be known as Bosch Solar CISTech GmbH. The company’s new name has been entered into the Commercial Registry and the thin-film solar module manufacturer will continue its operations under this new name.
The Bosch Group secured majority stakes in Johanna Solar Technology and aleo solar at the end of 2009, and earlier this year announced the installation of the first Johanna Solar BIPV installation on the Schwager department store in the centre of Holzminden, Lower Saxony, Germany.
