DAS Solar has announced a significant breakthrough in its N-type 4.0 modules, reaching a maximum output power of 610.15W and a full-area module conversion efficiency of 24.02%.

Currently, the mass production efficiency of the company’s TOPCon 4.0 Plus cells has exceeded 26.7%, with an open-circuit voltage reaching 742mV, DAS repeatedly breaking world records for large-area cells and driving the development and iteration of N-type technology across the industry.

The company’s PV laboratory is one of the most advanced corporate labs in the industry, integrating R&D and quality control. It is equipped with professional, comprehensive testing equipment, covering dozens of testing items, such as module appearance inspection, maximum power determination, insulation testing, wet leakage current testing, PID, hail, LID, UV, damp freeze and damp heat testing. These capabilities provide a solid foundation for innovation and product quality.
