DMEGC Solar has announced that the first module has rolled off the production line at its Phase II 5GW factory at Lianyungang completing, with the already operational 5GW Phase I, the company’s largest 10GW manufacturing base.
Lianyungang Phase II covers an area of 159 acres and a total construction area of 80,000 square meters, installing more than 100 sets of advanced equipment and intelligent assembly lines. Planned annual production capacity is 5GW, with all modules to be produced at the site based on the Infinity N-type high-efficiency product.
In addition to its leading technology and efficiency, the DMEGC Lianyungang base has also set a benchmark for photovoltaic production in terms of green and low carbon. The factory integrates energy conservation and emission reduction into all aspects of operation, improving energy efficiency, using clean energy and recycling, effectively reducing carbon emissions, leading to the recent award of the first ISO 14068 Carbon Neutrality Certificate for the PV industry issued by TÜV SÜD.
