Huasun Energy has emerged as a ‘top performer’ in PVEL’s Product Qualification Program (PQP), based on the performance of its Himalaya G12-132 bifacial double-glass HJT module, which excelled in testing.
Among rigorous tests included in the 2023 edition of the PQP were thermal cycling, damp heat, mechanical stress sequence, potential-induced degradation (PID), light-induced degradation (LID) + light and elevated temperature-induced degradation (LETID), plus PAN performance, which plays a crucial role in assessing real-world performance by comparing modelled results to actual measurements within an accelerated lifetime test regime.
Notably, in terms of PAN performance, the Himalaya module achieved a top energy yield on simulated PV sites documented in PVEL’s PAN reports, with Tristan Erion Lorico, its VP of Marketing, extending his congratulations to Huasun for the outstanding performance of its product.
