Collaborating for Progress: Expanding HJT Applications in Pakistan

Huasun sales director for MEA and South Asia, Layne Qiu, alongside sales director for the Middle East and Pakistan, Rana Farhan, and AE Power CEO Rana Abbas commemorate the company’s 100MW shipment milestone.

AE Power, Huasun’s exclusive distributor in Pakistan, has played a key role in driving the growth of the HJT market in the region. In his opening address to attendees, CEO Rana Abbas reflected on the impressive accomplishments of their partnership with Huasun.

By forging a strategic partnership with Huasun, both parties have worked towards a shared vision: enabling more people to achieve energy independence and reduce living and operational costs through reliable solar solutions. Abbas reaffirmed his confidence in HJT technology as the future of solar energy and his commitment to further promoting Huasun’s high-efficiency HJT products in the region.

Huasun’s Farhan expressed his gratitude to AE Power and all local partners, acknowledging that the success of shipping over 100 MW of HJT modules was made possible by the insight and dedication of their partners in Pakistan. He emphasized that this milestone is merely the beginning, as the company remains fully committed to introducing cutting-edge HJT products to further support Pakistan’s transition to green energy.

Christian Comes, Director of Business Development for Europe, went on to  deliver an in-depth presentation on the advantages of the company’s HJT technology and its future potential. During the event, the company unveiled its zero busbar (0BB) HJT module, signalling new possibilities for the local solar market.

The 0BB HJT modules are suitable for a wide range of applications, incorporating bifacial microcrystalline cell technology, light conversion film and butyl rubber sealing to enhance power output and ensure long-term reliability.
