JinkoSolar has held a signing and award ceremony for its “Qingmiao” award at Yuhuan High School. The event was attended by Mrs. Li, the wife of Jinko chairman Li Xiande, company VP Dany Qian and local representatives including Yuhuan deputy mayor Lin Hang.
The purpose of the award is to promote the development of education in Yuhuan and reward teachers who have made a noteworthy contribution to the improvement in the quality of education, as well as students who excel academically.
Deputy mayor Lin Hang commented: “The educational development advantages of Yuhuan High School are inseparable from the long-term care and support of entrepreneurs represented by JinkoSolar. Your kind actions inspire Yuhuan students to keep striving for improvement.”
Zhang Weifeng, Party Secretary of Yuhuan Middle School, added: “The establishment of the Qingmiao award will definitely motivate teachers to improve themselves and guide student growth. It will also inspire students to have firm ideals, beliefs and ambition.”
The Shangrao Qingmiao Charity Foundation was established in 2017, dedicated to actively participating in and supporting educational development and engaging in various charitable activities. The foundation’s funding comes from company chairman Li Xiande, with donations of some 30 million yuan to date.
