JinkoSolar has announced the launch of a new dust proof module, leveraging its proven Tiger Neo 3.0 module platform technology. Featuring a three-dimensional dust-repellent design integrating glass and frame elements, combined with its proprietary self-cleaning, anti-static, superhydrophilic nano-anti-soiling coating technology, the innovation delivers an advanced solution to dust accumulation, the module achieving a 4-6% power generation gain compared to conventional equivalents.
The new module delivers core advantages through four key technological features:
1. Anti-static and anti-adhesion: The nano-coating on the module glass possesses high level anti-static properties, effectively suppressing static electricity on the glass surface and significantly reducing the adhesion of dust, fine sand and other particles.
2. Superhydrophilic Self-Cleaning: Efficiently removing contaminants upon contact with water, the coating exhibits extreme hydrophilicity, forming a uniform water film rather than droplets on the glass surface when wet. This allows water to fully penetrate between contaminants and the glass, leveraging greater scrubbing force to automatically wash away dust and stains without manual intervention.
3. Photocatalytic Smart Decomposition: Under sunlight, the coating activates photocatalytic reactions to efficiently break down stubborn organic contaminants including bird droppings and oil stains, enabling “smart” self-cleaning of modules.
4. High Durability and Long Lifespan: Crafted from nanocomposite materials and factory-tempered, the coating boasts exceptional durability and longevity, capable of withstanding complex outdoor climates while maintaining stable performance.
The module also features a specialized frame design, the short-side frame remaining parallel to the front glass surface, allowing dust to slide off more easily with rainfall, eliminating a traditional frame’s tendency to trap falling dust.
