JinkoSolar has taken part in the 9th Smart & Connected Summit and BSI’s 125th anniversary celebration, hosted by the British Standards Institution (BSI). The event brought together over 400 corporate representatives from the energy, high-tech, manufacturing and financial sectors, with Jinko receiving the “Digital Trust Gold Award”, a testament to the company’s alignment of its digital security governance and compliance management systems with international standards, and official recognition of its comprehensive governance capabilities.
The company places great emphasis on developing a robust digital security and compliance management framework. On information security, it has strategically upgraded its management structure, establishing a four-tier “Decision-Making—Management—Execution—Oversight” governance model. Oversight is led by senior management and the Data Protection Officer (DPO), who coordinate information security and privacy protection efforts. In 2025, the company obtained ISO/IEC 27001 certification for Information Security Management Systems and ISO/IEC 27701 certification for Privacy Information Management Systems.
On compliance, Jinko focuses on eight key areas, including Corporate Governance, Anti-Commercial Bribery, Intellectual Property and Trade Compliance, continuing to integrate compliance management with comprehensive risk management. The company has also established a thorough, cross-functional risk screening and closed-loop control mechanism, formally receiving in 2025 ISO 37301:2021 certification for its Compliance Management System, covering all eight key areas.
