JinkoSolar has taken part in the recent SNEC exhibition in Shanghai, making a series of major announcements and unveiling its next-generation Tiger Neo 5.0 module, a full-scenario six-core product matrix, the Jinko ESS SunTera G5 energy storage system and its Nebula One space-grade tandem cell.

The company set up 12 dedicated technology product display zones, offering a comprehensive look at its full-scenario PV and energy storage integrated solutions. Exhibits included a range of modules, including its TOPCon-based Tiger Neo 5.0, AIDC, Anti-glare, Light Diamond, Mount Tai, Anti-Dust and Safety Guardian. Also on display were the Jinko ESS SunTera G5 energy storage system and the Nebula One space-grade tandem cell.

The Tiger Neo 5.0 module, the culmination of new-generation TOPCon technology and leveraging high-purity homogeneous silicon substrates, broad-spectrum light-trapping structures, full-area passivation processes and gapless cell matrix encapsulation, delivers comprehensive efficiency gains. With the same footprint, power output has increased from 670 W to 700 W, module efficiency has reached 25.91% and power density now exceeds 259 W/m², marking the official entry of TOPCon technology into the 700 W+ era.

It is worth noting that even before the Tiger Neo 5.0 launch, the Tiger Neo series had already received significant recognition from global markets. As of the end of 2025, cumulative global shipments of the series had reached some 220 GW, making it the best-selling module in the history of the global PV market. With the gradual market introduction of Tiger Neo 5.0 and the six scenario-specific products, Jinko will further drive the market transition from a pure power generation mindset to a scenario-based symbiosis.

In terms of energy storage, Jinko ESS featured the SunTera G5 energy storage system. Described as “the benchmark of high-efficiency spatial energy and the world’s highest energy density”,   it leverages a highly integrated CTP (Cell to Pack) design and, through cell flexible fixing, thermal management coordination and structural optimization, the system achieves an area energy density of over 570 kWh/m², the highest in the industry for a standard 20-foot container ESS,  further enhancing energy storage value per unit area. The SunTera G5 also achieves a round-trip efficiency (RTE) of over 96%, supports a 25-year “PV-storage same lifespan” (SOH ≥ 70%) and integrates AI intelligence for battery state-of-health prediction, proactive fault alerts and intelligent O&M optimization. It delivers higher returns and greater reliability for scenarios such as high-energy-consumption industrial parks, renewable energy-plus-storage projects, AI data centres and grid-side energy storage.
