
JinkoSolar has exhibited at SNEC 2025, showcasing a range of innovative and upgraded products, including its new Tiger Neo 3.0 series modules and 520kWh Sungiga G2Plus liquid-cooled energy storage system. The company also released a white paper entitled “TOPCon Technology and Tiger Neo 3.0 Commercial Solutions,” providing an in-depth analysis of the core process chain, technical architecture and performance advantages of TOPCon technology.
The new Tiger Neo 3.0 series modules, incorporating multiple innovative technologies including 20BB, HCP, MAX and FP, attracted significant attention from visitors, with enhanced module power output of up to 670W, module efficiency of 24.8% and a bifacial ratio of 85%. The new modules are expected to be available commercially during Q4 2025.
Through its robust R&D support system and industrialization capabilities, Jinko continues to achieve world record certifications in multiple core technologies. Among these, the conversion efficiency of its perovskite tandem cells based on N-type TOPCon technology has now reached 34.22%, breaking the world record for the 28th time.
In terms of storage solutions, following the launch of the SunTera G3 6.25MWh ESS in April, the company has now unveiled the SunGiga G2 Plus 520kWh liquid-cooled storage system, specifically designed for commercial and industrial scenarios. Centered on innovative technology, the system redefines industry standards with its four core values of extreme safety, ultra-high performance, intelligent maintenance and exceptional value, setting new standards for commercial and industrial energy storage products. The system features a dual-cluster design compatible with global markets, supporting up to 12 units in parallel, with flexible 2H/4H configurations to precisely meet commercial and industrial users’ demands for long-cycle, high-yield energy storage solutions. It boasts an IP55 protection rating, C5 corrosion resistance rating, and supports operation at altitudes of up to 3,000 meters and is expected to be available for global delivery in Q4 2025.
