Risen Energy has announced the signing of an MoU with Malaysian company Gebeng Energy to co-develop the 500MW CRESS PV + energy storage project at the Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah.
Leveraging Gebeng’s expertise in large-scale project delivery & Risen’s technical leadership in PV/storage, the project will exclusively use Risen’s high-efficiency HJT Hyper-ion modules and energy storage products to create a system-level ecosystem delivering safe, stable, green power to businesses and data centres, significantly reducing energy costs and carbon footprint.
Risen already has benchmark Malaysian projects in Kedah, Penang and Johor, proving local excellence and paving the way for this alliance.
