
Runergy has exhibited for the first time at the 2026 edition of Renewable Energy Thailand (ASEW) in Bangkok, showcasing its cutting-edge technologies and innovative achievements in the PV module sector, the company’s three core module products, the DH132N11 (2382*1134*35mm), the DH144N8 (2278*1134*35mm) and the DH156N8 (2465*1134*30mm) each attracting significant interest from exhibitors and visitors alike. With a range of dimensions and wide adaptability, the products can be deployed in distributed rooftop systems for residential use and C&I projects, as well as in large-scale ground-mounted power stations across Southeast Asia, precisely catering to local market construction demands.
In order to meet Thailand’s increasingly stringent market access requirements, all the products exhibited were manufactured at Runergy’s Thailand base and have obtained certification from the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI).
The company’s Thai manufacturing facility boasts intelligent manufacturing capabilities, adhering to the philosophy of quality-driven development. In terms of quality control, it has established a closed-loop quality inspection system covering incoming materials, production processes, finished products, warehousing and delivery. Quality management spans the entire chain from raw materials to end clients, supplemented by stringent product reliability tests. The factory, with an annual production capacity of over 8GW, features industry-leading workshop automation, equipped with 10 highly automated state-of-the-art production lines and 470 sets of main and auxiliary process equipment as well as testing instruments sourced from leading mainstream manufacturers. AI-powered intelligent inspection has been deployed in key processes including soldering, lamination and final testing to significantly reduce reliance on manual labour, stabilizing production efficiency and product quality via digital intelligent manufacturing.
Supported by an MES production management system, the full production record of every single PV module can be traced, enabling optimized turnover of materials and finished goods and guaranteeing stable and reliable order delivery for clients.
