
SEG Solar has announced the signing of an agreement with high-tech equipment manufacturer HORAD for the provision of state-of-the-art equipment for its cutting-edge 2GW TOPCon module manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas.
The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives, including SEG founder and COO Jun Zhuge, Anthony Sun, CEO of SEG (China), HORAD chairman Liao Manyuan and its director for overseas sales Yuan Maolin.
Jun Zhuge stressed the importance of this project in localization strategy, commenting: “HORAD’s comprehensive line solutions and excellent localized services have presented SEG with a compelling choice. The two parties will collaborate closely to deliver cost-effective, reliable solar energy solutions to the US market.”
Liao Manyuan expressed optimism about the future of the partnership, adding: “With the expected increase in demand for solar power, the collaboration between HORAD and SEG will inject new momentum into the global photovoltaic industry and promote the widespread adoption of renewable energy.
