Dr. Berrios spent two years with Tego, Inc. as Vice
President of engineering, prior to which he spent ten years with
TranSwitch Corporation in roles involving engineering project
management and product delivery. He also spent time with PairGain
Technologies where he worked on developing a DSLAM system. He has a
B.S.E.E. from La Salle Bonanova in Spain and an M.S.E.E. and Ph.D.,
also in electrical engineering, from Union College and Worcester
Polytechnic Institute, respectively.
OPEL International is a gallium arsenide photovoltaic concentrator company.
