The European Commission’s (EC) investigation into alleged dumping and illegal subsidisation of Chinese solar products could be set for a peaceful resolution according to the UK Solar Trade Association’s PV specialist, Ray Noble.
Although financial details were not disclosed, SolarWorld subsidiaries in the US and German have built and sold three PV power plant projects that had a total combined capacity of 46.3MW.
The addition of a manufacturing equipment acquired from Schott Solar will augment India-based Surana Ventures’ revenue by 50 to 80% claims its managing director.
China is looking to diffuse tensions with Europe over the trade case launched against its manufacturers claimed to be dumping modules on the European market.
