solarhybrid signs agreement with Italian developer for 2011 projects

solarhybrid has signed a strategic partnership with an unnamed Italian developer for a series of upcoming projects. The companies will collaborate on projects of varying size and they hope to have established a portfolio totalling around 30MW by the end of 2011.

solarhybrid will be responsible for the planning, equipment procurement and construction of the plants and has already secured contracts covering the first 1.6MW of these. solarhybrid itself will be the principal investor for projects up to 1MW, while funding for larger developments will come from Altira Group.
