A series of Suntech Power Holdings models have passed potential-induced degradation (PID) tests with flying colours.
The tests were carried out by the Association for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies (VDE).

Suntech’s Wd poly, Wd mono and Ve poly series modules underwent the high humidity and negative 1000 volts test for one week, resulting in “no significant degradation at the end of the test sequence”, according to VDE.
