Energy storage software and services firm Stem, Inc said its acquisition of PV asset management company AlsoEnergy will allow it to “unlock significant value” within renewable energy after the transaction completed.

Artificial intelligence-driven energy storage company Stem Inc has acquired solar asset management software provider AlsoEnergy for US$695 million.

AlsoEnergy and skytron have merged to create a global renewable energy software and hardware monitoring firm.
