Spanish solar developer Solarpack has closed a US$176 million senior financing package for a 300MW solar PV plant in Peru.

Spanish independent power producer Grenergy has secured €175 million (US$190 million) in green financing for the construction of 300MW Spanish solar portfolio.

The projects consist of a 90MW floating solar project in Madhya Pradesh and a 100MW utility-scale solar PV project to be built in Gujarat

Developer closes refinancing round with US$200 million to build more utility-scale wind, solar and storage projects in the US.

The news comes the same day as the company reports a loss of US$8.4 million in the third quarter of 2018.
