Sheldon Reinhart, former CFO for Strategy First, Inc. has been appointed CFO and COO of ICP Solar Technologies, Inc. Bringing over 20 years of finance and technology experience to the role, Mr. Reinhart will oversee the company’s financial affairs and global operations in the role that was vacated by Leon Assayag in early May, who left the company to pursue other opportunities.

As Country Manager of SunEdison Canada, Ron Mantay will lead the company’s development of utility-scale and rooftop solar power projects and also takes on responsibility for the company’s business operations. His new role will see him report to company Vice President of International, Len Jornlin.

Daniel Lui has been named as new CFO for JA Solar following the announcement of Herman Zhao’s retirement from the role. The replacement will come into effect on May 10th when Mr. Zhao steps down.

Daisuke (Doug) Koshima has been named as successor to the CEO and Chairman role as vacated by Toshihiko Fujimoto, who has moved to take up the role of General Manager for strategic planning within Sharp Corp.’s International Business Group. Mr. Koshima, a 37-year employee of the company, departs from his former role as Corporate Director and Group General Manager of the International Business Group.

Leading the Advisory Board is Professor Werner Martienssen from the University of Frankfurt am Main, who will keep Oerlikon’s CEO Dr. Uwe Krüger and Executive Vice President of R&D Dr. Andreas Widl informed of all developments.
