AIKO today unveils its newest innovation, the NAVIGATOR intelligent module, at Intersolar Europe 2025. While the new product appears similar in form to the company’s already popular N-Type ABC module series, the innovation breakthrough lies in its fully intelligent integration, which enables a 3–5% increase in annual energy yield through real-time monitoring and data-driven system optimization.
Equipped with PLC (Power Line Communication) technology, the NAVIGATOR’s intelligent junction box transmits real-time operational data through the existing DC cables, eliminating the need for additional wiring. The data is then relayed to a central gateway and synced with a cloud-based smart management platform, allowing operators to monitor the performance of each individual module and enabling early detection of anomalies, generation of AI-powered diagnostics and faster resolution of potential faults. In one 10MW power plant case, AIKO estimates that NAVIGATOR modules could recover up to 300,000 kWh of invisible losses annually.
Beyond yield improvement, the module is built to streamline O&M. In a traditional system, manual inspection of a 10MW site can require 10 people working three days, but with the new module’s smart acceptance tools, the same task can be completed by one person in under one hour, slashing the effort by over 95%.
