
ATW’s rating has been upgraded in the latest Wind ESG listings, the company’s “A” ranking positioning it 21st among 570 industry peers, with it outperforming against industry benchmarks in all ESG pillars.
In 2024, the company advanced its comprehensive ESG framework, driving coordinated efforts across environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance. This strategic integration accelerated ATW’s sustainable development, while pioneering a synergistic path that balances economic growth with social responsibility.
The company also actively supported “dual-carbon” goals and integrated green principles into last year’s business operations, investing 6.24 million yuan in environmental protection and reducing Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions to 2,621.25tCO2e, driving low-carbon transition in its industry.
ATW prioritizes technological innovation as a core strategic focus. From January to December 2024, its investment in R&D had reached 430 million yuan, up 31.49% year-on-year. As of December 31, 2024, the company had cumulatively secured 1,971 authorized intellectual property rights including 1,634 patents. It also prioritized the development of its 4,101 employees, with 21% of managerial positions held by women and total employee training expenditure reaching 971,800 yuan.
ATW additionally contributed 750 million yuan in taxes and donated 1.9 million yuan to public welfare and charity.
