DAH Solar has completed the upgrade of its module production factory, introducing advanced equipment and optimising several processes, including EVA positioning control, welding, automatic inspection and water cooling.
Production manager Mr. Wang states that the factory has now achieved fully automated production status, meaning that processes are more accurate and the requirement for staff reduced. Inspection procedures have also been automated, visual inspection replaced by an auto-scan program which automatically checks quality.
The enhancements will enable the company to achieve an annual module production capacity of over 7GW, while contributing to its commitment to deliver high quality products to global customers.
