Huasun Energy has announced that it has been successful in a bid for Section II of China Huaneng Group’s PV module procurement tender, involving the supply of 500MW of its HJT products, its second selection by China Huaneng, following on from a successful bid in March.
Since late 2022, Huasun has engaged in a long-term collaboration with Huaneng Lancang River Hydropower on a 1.7 GW high-efficiency HJT PV project cluster in Dali, Yunnan Province.
This project exclusively uses Huasun G12-132 HJT modules, contributing significantly to the region’s energy transformation and local economic development, with Huasun and China Huaneng aiming to increase the total installed capacity of the project to 10 GW by 2025.
Huasun currently operates four production facilities across China in Xuancheng, Hefei, Dali and Wuxi, covering the full heterojunction PV industry chain from R&D to manufacturing.
