During last week’s SNEC 2021 exhibition, JA Solar introduced the DeepBlue 3.0 Pro, its new generation high-efficiency module, attracting significant attention from visitors to the event. The module is the latest addition to the company’s DeepBlue 3.0 product line following the release of DeepBlue 3.0 Light in March.
DeepBlue 3.0 Pro is an upgrade of DeepBlue 3.0. The module is of the same size as the original DeepBlue 3.0 and has outstanding advantages such as higher conversion efficiency, excellent power generation capacity and high reliability. Adopting new-generation gapless encapsulation technology, the conversion efficiency of the DeepBlue 3.0 Pro can be as high as 21.7%. The power of the 72-cell type reaches 560W and that of the 78-cell version 605W.
Compared with other high-density packaging technologies, the gapless encapsulation technology is an optimal solution to achieve zero micro cracks, with JA Solar’s unique advanced flexible connection and buffer processing technology combining with optimized packaging materials. The efficiency of the module is improved by 0.4% compared with regular modules. Providing products of “high quality, high efficiency and low cost” is the ultimate goal of all PV module manufacturers. The DeepBlue 3.0 Pro perfectly balances quality, efficiency and cost, providing customers with the best LCOE, and it also adheres to JA Solar’s product design concept of “reasonable size, reasonable electrical parameters and customer-oriented to achieve optimal LCOE”.
