JinkoSolar has delivered 14.57MW of its Tiger Neo modules for a recently commissioned rooftop PV system at Mercedes-Benz South Africa’s East London manufacturing facility. The project, installed by BrightBlack Energy and facilitated through distribution partner Menlo Electric South Africa, marks a significant advancement in the region’s industrial sustainability and clean energy transition, standing as the largest rooftop solar installation in the country.
Tiger Neo has become the industry’s best-selling module with over 150GW delivered within two years. The upcoming Tiger Neo 3.0 will now take the torch from its previous generation with its mix of front-side power, efficiency, rear-side bifaciality, temperature coefficient and low light performance.
