JinkoSolar has announced that it has been recognised for the best HR strategy of the year at India’s 2021 Energy HR Summit, for the company’s outstanding HR performance during the past year’s challenging times. The Energy HR Summit allows HR leaders to share and brainstorm on innovations happening across the energy spectrum and to uncover the novel people strategies that are driving the transition to a low carbon future.
At the Summit, Dr. Suyog V., JinkoSolar’s South Asia HR Director, shared the company’s strategy for protecting its employees while maintaining productivity and exploring new ways to connect with customers during these unprecedented times, helping both individuals and communities emerge stronger.
