LONGi has become the world’s first PV company to receive gold certification from the Solar Stewardship Initiative (SSI) in recognition of its outstanding sustainability practices, the landmark accomplishment, for its Chuzhou and Jiaxing sites, not only highlighting the company’s global leadership in the ESG field, but also establishing a new benchmark for sustainable development within the industry.
The SSI-ESG standard is an internationally recognized sustainability assessment system, known for its stringent criteria and transparent processes. It comprehensively covers the three key dimensions of environmental responsibility, social contribution and corporate governance, its value lying not only in its comprehensive nature, but also in its capacity to drive industry best practices.
