“After the creation of a complete green supply chain management system, it is possible for our customers to be aware of all our sources of materials, and to understand how we utilize advanced technologies in manufacturing to enable our products to have a lower carbon footprint,”said Jack Zhou, head of global product technical management at Astronergy, during his presentation to attendees at this week’s PV Moduletech USA.
Zhou continued: “As a pioneer in n-type TOPCon PV modules, we are constantly exploring the potential of the technology, while making every effort to make our products both traceable from the raw material standpoint and ecofriendly. Taking the ASTRO N7 66-cell module as an example, we have utilized cutting-edge technologies including our independently developed TOPCon 4.0, rectangular silicon wafers, the SMBB manufacturing process, double-layer coated glass and gap coating. Product power can reach 625W and module efficiency 23.14%.”
