Yingli Solar has announced the signing of a contract for the supply of 263MW of high efficiency modules for five PV plants to be built by TotalEnergies in the town of Guillena, in the southern Spanish region of Andalucía. The bifacial modules will be installed in the province of Seville and, once operational, will generate sufficient energy to cover the annual consumption of over 150,000 homes, while eliminating 140,000 tons of CO2.
