Solar Shakeout: Siliken SA files for insolvency

Spanish PV company Siliken has announced it started insolvency proceedings.

According to the Official Gazette in Spain, insolvency proceedings have also been put into place for subsidiaries Siliken Energy, S.L., Siliken Manufacturing, S.L. and Siliken Chemicals, S.L.

This follows Siliken Manufacturing USA and Siliken USA filling petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California earlier this month.
