EDF power solutions North America, a renewables subsidiary of French utility EDF, has achieved financial close on a 394MW solar PV project in the US state of Utah.

Credit Agricole and Korea Development Bank provide construction and term debt for the US$210m, 150MW first project phase, due to go live next spring.
