US-based renewable energy developer Invenergy has purchased the 64MW La Jacinta Solar Farm in Uruguay from Spanish firm Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV).
Independent renewable energy project developer Invenergy has announced Long Island’s largest renewable energy project to date. The Clean Energy Link, as it is known, is comprised of four wind and two solar farms with a combined capacity exceeding 700MW.
Invenergy, North America's largest independent renewable power generation company, announced that it has received unanimous approval from the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) for a power purchase agreement (PPA) for its proposed 24.9MW Shoreham Solar Commons facility in the town of Brookhaven in Long Island, New York.
