Nexun, a portfolio company of infrastructure investor Marguerite, has signed a co-development agreement with an unnamed Polish developer for 206MW of solar PV.

Infrastructure investor Marguerite has announced a plan to invest up to €60 million to launch an investment platform catered to new PV projects.

Trio of deals will see infra fund Marguerite take an 80% share in the projects, which have PPAs in place with Centrica.

Eiffage Energía has been named as the contractor for the construction of several PV projects in Spain and their respective connection substations, which have been developed by X-Elio.
