Neoen has secured AU$1.8 billion in debt financing from 13 lenders for a 1.2GW Australian renewables and energy storage portfolio.

The South Australian government has selected four solar and wind proposals totalling almost 13GW in the Whyalla West release area, west of the steelmaking city.

Neoen has brought its 440MWp Culcairn Solar Farm online in NSW, marking the completion of the company's second-largest solar asset globally.
